Our passion was ignited to celebrate food and create memorable guest experiences. Levy Convention Centers at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center is proud to use the best local, seasonal products available in all of our menus, and continues to support the efforts of our building as the first convention center to achieve LEED® Platinum Certification under Existing Buildings.

Here at the Convention Center we practice sustainability every day! We donate leftover food, purchase local, compost and all disposable-ware is biodegradable, organic paper products including cups, plates, and flatware.  And yes!  We even grow our own hops on our Rooftop Terrace.

In 2017, we had an idea to see if we could grow healthy hops on our Rooftop Terrace to try and brew our own beer.  Well that idea has turned into a local favorite, Rooftop Hops - American Style IPA. Each year we grow and harvest hops on our Rooftop Terrace and turn it back around to serve our IPA on tap and in cans.  Ask your Catering Manager for a sample next time your here for a visit.
