Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, the DLCC guest network is complimentary and available in all of our public areas such as lobbies, concourses, and pre-function areas.  The complimentary wireless is not available in the meeting rooms, ballrooms, or exhibit halls.

  • Yes, the DLCC allows these items.  However, Show Management may have a different policy, depending on the show.

  • The DLCC has complimentary non-motorized wheelchairs available for guests to use while on site. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are located at the East Lobby security desk, West Lobby security desk, and the Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom security desk. Wheelchairs are not permitted to leave the property.

  • There are several local parking locations around downtown Pittsburgh. To find an available lot, please visit ParkPGH.org, which will provide real time parking availability, in the downtown area.

  • Please contact the show promoter and request an interpreter. They will work with you on scheduling your specific needs.

  • Special needs dogs are permitted when properly identified and must be on a leash at all times. Aside from special need dogs, no animals are permitted in the DLCC.

  • Each public show has a different show promoter. Most offer advance tickets for purchase, available on their website. We highly recommend taking advantage of purchasing tickets in advance to help prevent long lines. If not, you may purchase tickets at the box office the day of the event. The box office location will be located within the area of the Convention Center, depending on the location of the exhibit hall.

  • Yes. On the second level of the DLCC, we offer a dedicated space for parents of newborns/infants to be used as a private space for nursing mothers. When at the DLCC, please ask a staff member for the location and how to gain access.
